2. Membership Eligibility

To become a MaMA Hub member, you must:

• Be currently or recently pregnant with a valid NHS maternity exemption certificate.

• Be on maternity leave and have a valid child's birth certificate (born in the last 12 months).
• Be able to provide valid verification documents, such as an NHS maternity exemption certificate or your child’s birth certificate.
• Be on adoption leave or fostering under formal arrangements and can provide proof.

• Be at least 16 years old.

We reserve the right to approve or deny membership applications at our discretion.

3. Membership duration and fees

 

• Duration: Membership is valid for 2 years from the activation date.
• Fees: A one-time membership may apply and will be made clear at time of registration.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Use of Membership

 

Your membership grants you access to exclusive discounts and offers from our Partners. You agree to use your membership solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Sharing membership benefits with non-members is prohibited and may result in termination of your account.

5. Partner Offers

While we strive to feature reputable Partners and accurate offers:

• Offer Availability: Partners may change or withdraw offers without prior notice. We are not responsible for any modifications or discontinuations.

• Third-Party Transactions: All transactions with Partners are conducted on their respective platforms / place of business. MaMA Hub is not responsible for any issues arising from these transactions, including but not limited to product quality, delivery, or customer service.

Should an offer not work and not provide a discount, it is up to the member to contact MaMA Hub to notify and report this. If a member continues with their purchase without the discount, then the member has authorised the transaction with no discount. It will be down to that company's discretion as to whether they provide a refund on the discount amount.
